To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and in a resaleable condition. Any footwear/clothing that was received with tags attached must be returned with the tags still attached to the item(s).
To request a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted:
(UK Orders) we will provide you with an address to send the item back to - all returned items must be sent with tracked shipping (we do not accept Hermes/Evri delivery). Please note we are not liable for shipping expenses for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
(International Orders) you will be invoiced for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will send you a postage label. Any import duties incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send any items back to any address you find online, we will provide you with one along with detailed instructions via email.
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect product/size or a faulty item from us, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of the item - to speed up the process please include pictures as proof to aid our investigation of the supposed issue. If we can verify that the incorrect item has been sent out, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Orders placed using a gift card can only be exchanged for credit of the appropriate amount back onto the gift card.
Exchanges can be requested by emailing us at email@example.com - we will respond with further instructions.
If there is a difference in price within the exchange, you will be invoiced for this price difference - please note that our prices can fluctuate. If the invoice is not paid within 14 days, we will return your original order back to you.
We allow customers to exchange items within a single order a maximum of 2 times. If a customer requests to exchange items within an order for a third time, their request may be refused.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If the order was initially shipped out to you before being sent back, the shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If not approved, we will contact you with our reasoning, and you will be liable for shipping expenses to deliver the item back to you.
For clothing products, we are not responsible for any faults after the item has been washed, if washing instructions are not followed.
